Ross Lab

Welcome Marissa Kuzirian!

Ross Laboratory is very excited to announce a new addition to our team, Marissa Kuzirian!  Marissa is currently finishing her graduate training in the Paradis Laboratory at Brandeis where she is studying the role of Semaphorin4D and its receptor PlexinB1 in the rapid initiation of GABAergic synapse formation in rodent hippocampus.  Her paper, The class 4 Semaphorin Sema4D promotes the rapid assembly of GABAergic synapses in rodent hippocampus, can be found here.  Marissa will be joining us in June as a post doc.  Marissa has been awarded the Mechanisms and Clinical Presentation of Pain training grant (T32) to aid in the completion of her Post Doc. Welcome to the lab, Marissa Kurizian!marissa
